Certification Practice Statement ("CPS") is a statement issued by a certificate authority ("CA") to specify the practices and standards that the certification authority employs in issuing certificates. The readers and relying parties can base on the information of Hongkong Post Certification Authority CPS to decide whether to trust Hongkong Post CA certificates and the digital signature of a Hongkong Post certificate subscriber.
