This software is designed for the subscribers
of Hongkong Post e-Cert and Bank-Cert who wish
to copy their e-Cert from the e-Cert File Card
or change the password of their e-Cert stored
on e-Cert File Card. The utility program can be
operated on Windows 2000 / XP / Vista.
