Change Password Program

This software is designed for the subscribers of Hongkong Post e-Cert and Bank-Cert who wish to change the password of their certificate files (in PKCS#12 format) stored on floppy disks or other storage media.

This program can be operated on Windows 95 / 98 / NT4.0 / Me / 2000 / XP / Vista.
