Electronic Tendering System by Government Logistics Department

The Electronic Tendering System was developed by Government Logistics Department in early 2000 to provide on-line functions of registration of suppliers; notification of tenders; issue of tender documents; receiving and responding to enquiries; submission of tender offers; and displaying contract award notices. Hongkong Post e-Cert facilitates the above services to be conducted in a secure and convenient on-line environment.
