The Hongkong Post Bank-Cert CPS is intended to provide readers, and in particular relying parties, with information on which they can base to decide whether to trust Hongkong Post Bank-Cert certificates and the digital signature of a Hongkong Post Bank-Cert subscriber.

Note: With effect from 31 March 2010, Hongkong Post Certification Authority has terminated all Registration Authority ("RA") for old version of Bank-Cert operation and ceases to issue old version of Bank-Cert.
