Change of business hours of Hongkong Post e-Cert Counters at Smart ID Card Centres

With effect from 1 March 2006, the business hours of the Hongkong Post e-Cert Counters at the nine Smart ID Card Centres will be revised from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm (Mon - Sat) to 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon - Sat).
