Closing of Hongkong Post e-Cert Service Counters at nine Smart ID Card Centres

With effect from 1 October 2006, the Hongkong Post e-Cert Service Counters at the nine Smart ID Card Centres will be closed. Citizens who wish to apply for one year free e-Cert on smart ID card may bring along their smart ID cards and attend any of the 20 designated post offices.
