Hongkong Post Certification Authority begins issuing certificates by the Sub CA "Hongkong Post e-Cert CA 1 - 10"

On 26 February 2010, Hongkong Post Certification Authority has completed the Sub CA rollover and commences to issue Recognized Certificates to applicants by the Sub CA "Hongkong Post e-Cert CA 1 - 10".
